Christmas Delivery Cut Off Date

Please don’t leave  it too late to order your Christmas presents! 

Please be aware our last day for delivery to ensure your parcel arrives in time for Christmas is Thursday December 21st 2017* 

If you require express delivery, call and we can arrange this! 

This is not guaranteed delivery, but we will do the BEST we can to ensure you do receive your parcel in time for the big day! 

 

We hope that you love everything you buy from us, however if this is not the case , we promise to exchange any item* you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a salable condition within 14 days. Alternatively you can take it to a store for an exchange within 28 days.

The delivery charge is non-refundable except where the goods are faulty. Please be aware that due to Health & Safety at work regulations we require any used faulty goods to be in a clean condition before accepting them for a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

*Please note that we cannot exchange or accept a return on sale items, swimwear or underwear, with the exception of faulty merchandise.

How do i return an item?

Please follow the below process for returning your parcel to us:

1- Re-pack the item in its original packaging. include a note with your order number and contact details.

2-Send to

3-Return the package by making your own arrangements through any postal carrier but we recommend you use one who can give you a “Certificate of Posting” as, until the parcel reaches us, it’s your responsibility.

4-Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting.

5-Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.

 

Christmas Returns Policy 

Items purchased online or in store as gifts from 1st November can be returned up for exchange after 30 days of purchase (or up until 14th Jan 2018). 

 

Refunds policy extended and will only be accepted when purchased as gifts from 13th November 2017 on wards (or within the 14 day period) until 13th Jan 2018 and returned in a re-saleable condition and unused/unworn

No Exceptions will be made. You must ensure if you require an exchange/refund you read the policy and are agreeing to the terms and conditions explained.
