We hope that you love everything you buy from us, however if this is not the case , we promise to exchange any item* you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a salable condition within 14 days. Alternatively you can take it to a store for an exchange within 28 days.
The delivery charge is non-refundable except where the goods are faulty. Please be aware that due to Health & Safety at work regulations we require any used faulty goods to be in a clean condition before accepting them for a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

*Please note that we cannot exchange or accept a return on sale items, swimwear or underwear, with the exception of faulty merchandise.
How do i return an item?
Please follow the below process for returning your parcel to us:
1- Re-pack the item in its original packaging. include a note with your order number and contact details.

3-Return the package by making your own arrangements through any postal carrier but we recommend you use one who can give you a “Certificate of Posting” as, until the parcel reaches us, it’s your responsibility.
4-Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting.
5-Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.
